• Ensuring the safe distribution of our packaged gas products to our internal and external  customers.
• Establish a strong working relationship with various key departments.
• Leading the team of drivers to toward a culture of delivering a high quality product in a safe and cost effective and customer centric manner.

• Good knowledge & understanding EU driving regulations and ADR rules. 
• Leadership experience in an operational management role in an industrial environment. 
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required. 
• Demonstrable ability to cooperate with others with effective interpersonal skills.
• IT skills - working knowledge of ERP systems and use of PCs and associated software.
• Good geographical knowledge of the distribution area.
