EPC Project Director

As Project Director, your role will be to oversee the full lifecycle of EPC projects across three phases:

1. Project Development & Bidding Phase

• Collaborate with business development and proposal teams to build competitive execution and sourcing plans
• Review project scopes, site requirements, resource availability, cost estimates, and risk mitigation strategies
• Verify that technical and commercial proposals align with contract requirements and company standards

2. Project Execution Phase

• Take full ownership of EPC project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required specifications
• Manage vendors, contractors, and internal teams to optimize cost, quality, and scheduling
• Lead site construction and pre-commissioning work to guarantee operational readiness
• Coordinate interactions between internal stakeholders, partners, and client representatives to meet the performance up to the transfer to Operations     
• Manage scope changes, permits, and ongoing project risks
• Oversee final testing, secure the Preliminary Acceptance Certificate, and smoothly hand over the facility to the Operations team

3. Safety & Continuous Improvement

• Align the execution plan and team assignments with all Safety, Quality, Risk Management, and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.
• Continuously enforce Safety, Quality, and Risk processes throughout the entire project execution.
• Prepare and conduct the capitalization review

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in process engineering and engineering management 
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end industrial EPC projects
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing project teams and influencing stakeholders
• Adaptability in dynamic environments
• Willingness to travel regularly across the APAC region
• Full professional proficiency in Korean and English
