Will maintain, repair and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Air Liquide installations (PG,Cryo, bulk & On Sites) and equipment at customer sites within the assigned budget.
He/She executes the maintenance work according to procedures and standards. After each work execution, the technician manages his intervention report signed by the customers and communicates with the Maintenance Planner to ensure quality and integrity of the data.
Provide On-site support for testing, and troubleshooting.
He/she provides a high level of quality of service to customers in the assigned area and ensures legal and IMS compliance.
He/she implements the environmental legislation, works in line with the ISO 14001 standard, , respects the good environmental practices and shows a positive attitude with regard to the preservation of the environment
Executes preventive maintenance according to planning, with sub-contractor if required.
Performs the all kind of maintenance work on PG, Bulk & On Sites according procedure and standard
Contact the maintenance planners if corrective maintenance is required.
Prepares reports and obtains the customer signature on maintenance intervention report.
Confirms data in SAP (kilometers-time-spare parts used-cause of failure...)
The FST will execute the intervention once the work is confirmed by the maintenance planner and spare parts are available.
Will analyzes and identifies malfunctions as well determines the necessary repairs, and carries them out (with subcontractor if applicable).
Will communicate the spare parts used and obtain the intervention report signed by the customer.
Understands and adheres to all relevant IMS procedures within the scope of their qualifications
Ensures Compliances and applies IMS and legal rules.
Knows and respects the country SOPs and standards
Communicates with the Maintenance planner to ensure quality and integrity of the data.
Confirms completion of work after site visit
Writes consolidated reports on quality defects and customer complaints
Identifies through experience and troubleshooting analysis the dysfunctionment of gas equipments
Observes work area(s) and is alert to and avoids unsafe behaviors and conditions or other hazards
Participates in corrective measures when appropriate or authorized
Communicates professionally and respectfully with customers.
Supports the project team with assembly and dismantling if applicable, as well as new or retrofit PG, Bulk, on Site, cryo or MGPS projects.
Good troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of operations & safety procedures
Capable to analyse trends, problems & cause-effects
Understanding of procedures and regulatory for new and existing industrial installations
Good knowledge maintenance activities
Technical understanding of gas physical and production processes
Good understanding of Safety procedures
Fluent in Dutch
Pre-intermediate English
Maintenance tools & methods (SAP)
IMS
Google tools
Telemetry applications
Mechanical and /or electrical and / or automation knowledge
Promoting and supporting actions towards Safety, Health and environment protection
Encourages questioning of established ideas and practices and ask why regularly and provide deliverables on time
