Backed by an experienced group of finance personnel, you will be involved in Continuous Improvement Projects, leveraging new and emerging technologies and automation to drive operational and cost efficiencies. This role offers a chance to progressively increase your expertise and expand the scope of activities.
- Cash Management & Liquidity: Oversee daily cash management operations, including liquidity optimization, cash flow, funding, cash investments, payments, and managing bank accounts and relationships.
- Treasury Structure & Efficiency: Optimize bank account structures, implement global cash pooling, and maximize overall treasury efficiency.
- Risk & Compliance: Manage foreign exchange (FX) risk through hedging activities. Ensure a strong internal control environment, maintaining compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- System Utilization & Improvement: Leverage Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP platforms (such as Kyriba, FIS Quantum, Microsoft D365, etc.) to streamline operations , and actively engage in Continuous Improvement activities and projects.
- Financial Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Manage treasury reporting (monitoring, forecasting, and reporting cash flows and liquidity, etc.) , and partner with internal teams (Controllers, Tax, Legal, Product Management, and Risk Management) on various activities.
- Project & Ad Hoc Support: Contribute to ad hoc projects, financial analyses, and specific Treasury activities (e.g., debt financing, employee share purchase plan, bank guarantee, dividend repatriation).
- Deliverables Management: Effectively manage and be accountable for regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables.
The successful candidate should have:
Min 3 - 5 years of working experience in treasury, audit, commercial accounting or shared services accounting is required
Experience in handling Treasury operational activities is a must.
Must be fluent communication in English, both verbal and written.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
Demonstrable problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail and rigor
Strong stakeholder management, people management and interpersonal skills
Conversant in Oracle and Google Suite is a preferred but experience with other ERPs may be considered
