Responsible for cash management operations & optimization (daily liquidity, cash flow, funding, cash investments, payments, management of bank accounts and bank relationships)
Optimize bank account structure, implement global cash pooling, and maximize efficiency.
Foreign exchange risk management. (FX hedging)
Contribute to ad hoc projects, financial analyses and other Treasury activities, such as debt financing, employee share purchase plan, bank guarantee, dividend repatriation.
Leverage TMS and ERP platforms to streamline operations. (Kyriba, FIS Quantum, Microsoft D365, etc..)
Partner with various internal teams on these activities, including Controllers, Tax, Legal, Product Management and Risk Management.
Maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage treasury reporting (Monitor, forecast and report cash flows, liquidity, regulatory requirements, etc..)
Constant engagement / involvement on Continuous Improvement activities / projects.
Effectively manage and be accountable for regular weekly, monthly and quarterly deliverables.
The successful candidate should have:
Min 3 - 5 years of working experience in treasury, audit, commercial accounting or shared services accounting is required
Experience in handling Treasury operational activities is a must.
Must be fluent communication in English, both verbal and written.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
Demonstrable problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail and rigor
Strong stakeholder management, people management and interpersonal skills
Conversant in Oracle and Google Suite is a preferred but experience with other ERPs may be considered
