This role is the primary architect of ALAM’s efficiency and excellence and holds direct authority and accountability for increasing Continuous Improvement (C-IMP) maturity and the verifiable delivery of results for all efficiency projects globally. The mission is to foster a world-class culture of "better every day" by designing, deploying, and sustaining a standardized C-IMP framework across all global sites. This role will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and shop-floor execution, ensuring that C-IMP methodologies are not just tools we use, but the way we think.
This global role reports to Senior Director, Industrial Management covering all the sites of ALAM in US and APAC.
