Air Liquide is hiring for a HSES Manager in Santa Ana, CA.

Responsibilities
~2 min readProfessional certification (ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM, CQM, CQE) is preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the environmental, health and safety (HSE) field.
Experience writing technical business policies, procedures, and reports.
Manufacturing environment experience is highly preferred.
Able to effectively work across functional lines.
Requires ability to analyze and quickly react to emergency situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.
Proficient with Google and Microsoft Suites (Sheets/Excel, Gmail/Outlook, Slides/Powerpoint etc.)
Must have high-level organizational and planning skills so that workflow is managed efficiently and accurately; must be able to set priorities, take initiative and exercise sound independent judgment.
Work independently without extensive direction or oversight.
Requires excellent oral and written skills, and an ability to effectively communicate ideas in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Ability to evaluate HSE programs and practices and make sound recommendations for improvement.
Thorough knowledge of practices and methods for developing and administering a comprehensive HSE program, including designing employee training programs.
Must be proficient in performing HSE assessments to identify workplace hazards and determining appropriate control measures.
Ability to conduct accident and workplace safety audits and investigations required.
The annual base salary range for this position in California is $100,000 - $120,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Air Liquide considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
