Air Liquide Shared Services (ALSP) is one of the Air Liquide Group's 4 main BSCs (Business service centers).

Since its creation in 2015, ALSP has been dedicated to providing efficient accounting, HR administration and payroll services to the Group's French subsidiaries. Within ALSP, the organization is focused on internal customers (CFO, management control, Head of HR & HRBP) who benefit from a privileged point of contact. Our aim: to deliver efficient, high-quality service to our customers!

Votre Profil : L'expertise alliée à une organisation hors pair.

Ce poste est fait pour vous si vous avez l'habitude de naviguer dans des environnements à très forte volumétrie et aux structures complexes.

• Parcours : Vous justifiez d'au minimum 10 ans d'expérience consolidée, idéalement acquise en cabinet d'audit (Big 4) et en direction comptable de grands groupes.

• Technicité : Expert des normes IFRS et des processus de consolidation, vous maîtrisez les ERP de référence (SAP, Magnitude ou Sage) et les règles de contrôle interne.

• Soft Skills : Au-delà de la technique, vous brillez par vos capacités d'organisation (personnelle et collective). Vous avez un fort sens client et votre leadership vous permet d'influencer sans lien hiérarchique et de prioriser les urgences avec réactivité.

• Formation : Diplômé(e) supérieur en Finance/Comptabilité (DSCG, DEC ou Master).

• Langues : Compte tenu de l'envergure européenne, un anglais opérationnel est indispensable.
