• Colaborar para impulsionar a melhoria contínua no Tempo de Resposta (Turnaround Time) desde a requisição de compra até o pedido de compra (análise de requisições, elaboração de RFQ e revisão de propostas/ofertas).
• Identificar e desenvolver oportunidades para gerar economia (savings): comparar o preço obtido com a linha de base (baseline) pré-definida.
• Co-desenvolver e estabelecer um processo de Spot Buy (Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão - POPs/SOPs) de acordo com as diretrizes (ex.: Category Cards disponíveis no EPIC), estratégias e instruções fornecidas pelos gerentes de categoria / compradores locais.
• Ajudar a refinar e melhorar continuamente o Processo de Spot Buy (POPs/SOPs).
• Atuar como parceiro(a) em reuniões periódicas de alinhamento com o Diretor de Compras Táticas e com os Gerentes de Categoria / Compradores Locais sobre oportunidades de redução de compras Spot.
• Reportar ao Gerente de Spot Buy & Requisições as economias (savings) obtidas e os Níveis de Serviço (SLA) alcançados.
