Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.

The production technician is responsible for fulfilling daily production priority requirement as per GTS dashboard and building healthy stock for the product that they responsible as per roster matrix. He/She is also responsible for sorting for incoming products on rotation basis as per planned roster. All activities are to be carried out in a safe, efficient, timely and quality manner.

Organize the cylinder filling to minimize cylinder handling. Before cut-off, fill the cylinder on stock. After cut-off, fill the cylinder to cover customer requirements.

To perform filling of cylinders/pallets/LGC by fulfill daily customer orders and achieve 50% more than the required stock (subject to number of empty cylinders/pallets available) , in a timely, safe, efficient, and quality manner
Filling work include but not limited to checking empty stock availability, pump / compressor operation, relevant cylinders treatment,
inspection on cylinders, equipments, VIE and compressor, and raw material availability
Observe & comply all SOP, instructions, safety procedures,ISO, IMS and statutory requirements before, during, and after performing all works.
Ensure all necessary production records are duly captured and maintained.
Ensure GTS hand held device are use appropriately at different stages of production to facilitate the GTS system compliance.
To sort, shift, pack, load, and unload cylinders at intended area in a timely, safe, efficient and quality manner
To participate and abide by all safety related rules, practices, exercises, and programmes,as communicated by supervisor
Attend all toolbox meeting, rollcalls, briefing and compulsory training
To perform daily housekeeping at workplace and maintain clean and safe environment at all times

Minimum of 1–2 years of operational experience within a manufacturing or plant environment.
Prior experience in the chemical industry is highly desirable.
A valid forklift license is added advantage.
Physically fit and capable of navigating a large plant site while performing manual tasks.
