- →Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand the company’s talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- →Pipeline Management: Guide the candidate journey from initial screening to hiring/onboarding, fostering a positive candidate experience.
- →Special Projects: Contribute to projects such as trainee programs, internships, and diversity initiatives.
- →Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics tools to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize talent acquisition processes.
- →Employer Branding: Collaborate on the development and implementation of strategies to promote the Air Liquide employer brand and attract excellent talent.
- →Networking: Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and other networking activities to attract qualified candidates.
