• →Special Projects: Contribute to projects such as trainee programs, internships, and diversity initiatives.
• →Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics tools to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize talent acquisition processes.
• →Employer Branding: Collaborate on the development and implementation of strategies to promote the Air Liquide employer brand and attract excellent talent.
• →Networking: Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and other networking activities to attract qualified candidates.
