Responsable MES et Applications Production H/F

Le candidat idéal possède une expérience de plusieurs années (5 à 10 ans) dans les systèmes d’informations ou du Digital.

• Expérience et connaissance du monde des nouvelles technologies et des solutions digitales supportant les processus de manufacturing (MES, ERP - D365 Microsoft…), de l’informatique industrielle, des interactions OT/IT
• Expérience dans l’accompagnement du changement
• Maîtrise de la gestion de projets, notamment des méthodes Agile et orientée utilisateurs (UX)
• Connaissance du processus de qualification de systèmes informatisés (Environnement BPF/GxP, méthode Gamp 5) 

Compétences comportementales / savoirs être

• Communication et relationnel aisé : capacité à s’adapter à ses interlocuteurs, à exposer de manière simple un sujet technique ou complexe à l’oral et à l’écrit
• Rigueur, organisation, sens des priorités et esprit de synthèse : capacité à gérer plusieurs projets/sujets en parallèle
• Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problème
• Orientation résultat et expérience utilisateur

Dimension internationale

• Parfaite maîtrise de l’anglais impérative
• Poste basé à La Garenne-Colombes ou à Castres
• Déplacements fréquents à prévoir sur les sites industriels en France
• Déplacements occasionnels possibles Europe et Monde
