We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support to join our commercial team. Reporting to Pacific Commercial & Sales Support Manager, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to our sales teams, customer organizations, and external stakeholders—ensuring seamless contract management, accurate billing, and robust data integrity.

Customer Database & Billing Administration: Maintain and update customer records within the CRM/ERP system. Accurately process and generate Credit Notes and Debit Notes to ensure seamless financial operations.
Sales Analytics & Dashboard Stewardship: Update customer profiles, maintain sales activity dashboards, and prepare regular sales and customer reports to support commercial strategy.
Reporting & Data Integrity: Generate customer call reports, audit data consistency, and turn raw operational metrics into reliable insights for business leaders.
Offer & Proposal Support: Assist the Offer team by preparing proposals for simple commercial offers. Coordinate closely with Sales Representatives to follow up on open proposals and ensure swift contract completion.
Customer & Contract Onboarding & Support: Interface with customer organizations and payors, participating directly in customer claim resolutions during the contract initiation phase and providing ongoing support to deliver service excellence.
