Stage - Business Analyst Finance/RH (H/F)

Air Liquide Shared Services (ALSP) is one of the Air Liquide Group's 4 main BSCs (Business service centers).

Since its creation in 2015, ALSP has been dedicated to providing efficient accounting, HR administration and payroll services to the Group's French subsidiaries. Within ALSP, the organization is focused on internal customers (CFO, management control, Head of HR & HRBP) who benefit from a privileged point of contact. Our aim: to deliver efficient, high-quality service to our customers!

Profil recherché :

Vous êtes étudiant(e) en école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou en master spécialisé (fin d'études ou césure).

Vous faites preuve de curiosité et êtes motivé(e) par l'apprentissage. Doté(e) d'un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, avec de bonnes capacités d'écoute et de communication, vous vous intégrerez rapidement au sein de l'équipe.
Vous avez une première expérience en gestion de projet (scolaire ou autre) et/ou en analyse de données.
Vous êtes à l'aise en français au quotidien et capable d'échanger en anglais avec des collègues internationaux.

Compétences requises :

• Maîtrise avancée d’Excel ou Google Sheets,
• Maîtrise opérationnelle de Power BI (Data visualization, Power Query, DAX) ,
• Notions solides en JavaScript (idéalement pour Google Apps Script),
• Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et de présentation.

Compétences appréciées :

• Connaissance d'outils de data visualisation (PowerBI, Tableau, Periscope, Qlik),
• Connaissances en programmation (macros) et/ou Google Apps Script,
• Maîtrise des concepts financiers et jargon associé.
