STAGE Chargé(e) Administratif de Formation RH H/F

Air Liquide Shared Services (ALSP) is one of the Air Liquide Group's 4 main BSCs (Business service centers).

Since its creation in 2015, ALSP has been dedicated to providing efficient accounting, HR administration and payroll services to the Group's French subsidiaries. Within ALSP, the organization is focused on internal customers (CFO, management control, Head of HR & HRBP) who benefit from a privileged point of contact. Our aim: to deliver efficient, high-quality service to our customers!

Profil et compétences :

• Vous préparez une formation en Ressources Humaines (Université ou École), de niveau Licence ou Master.

• Vous êtes en stage alterné ( 4 jours en entreprise / 1 jour à l'école) ou temps complet.

• Vous faites preuve de rigueur, de réactivité et d’agilité dans votre travail. 

• Votre sens de l’écoute et de l’adaptabilité relationnelle vous permettra de créer facilement du lien.

• Vous vous reconnaissez dans ce profil, rejoignez-nous !
