Role Summary:

This position provides efficient and accurate handling of baggage and cargo. The incumbent must continually ensure the safety of the aircraft, equipment, passengers and fellow teammates.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Marshall aircraft in and out of the ramp area safely and efficiently
• Drive vehicles to and from the aircraft
• Load and unload baggage and cargo on and off the aircraft

Must haves:

• Valid Drivers License 
• Must be physically fit (able to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, climb and lift up to 75 pounds repetitively)
• A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
• Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
• Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada
