Nous recherchons une Alternance en Gestion De Clients Grands Comptes (Administration des ventes) pour rejoindre notre équipe à Aubervilliers (93). Vous accompagnerez les équipes commerciales dans le suivi et la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients stratégiques.

Préparer les rendez-vous commerciaux en consolidant les informations clients et les indicateurs clés.
Assurer le suivi administratif des contrats et veiller à la bonne application des engagements pris auprès des clients.
Coordonner les échanges avec les différents services internes (logistique, finance, qualité, sécurité, technique).
Traiter les demandes et réclamations clients et contribuer à la résolution des litiges.
Mettre à jour les bases de données, tableaux de bord et la documentation contractuelle.

Vous préparez une formation Bac+3/Bac+5 en gestion, administration des ventes, relation client et avez déjà validé un Bac+2.
Vous êtes une personne reconnue pour votre rigueur, votre organisation et votre sens des priorités.
Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et les interactions avec de nombreux interlocuteurs.
Vous avez un fort sens du service client et aimez trouver des solutions.
Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
