We have an immediate opening for a Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer - Governance. This position is located in Pune, India.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Participate in the implementation & support of global identity lifecycle management process and services to manage human, non-human, and agentic identities.
- →Promote sound identity hygiene practices across systems to prevent access misuse and reduce risk.
- →Plan, coordinate, and execute SOX and other regulatory controls to ensure identity compliance.
- →Execute end-to-end access certification campaigns, ensuring timely access updates and evidence integrity.
- →Manage timely identity onboarding\offboarding processes by ensuring least privilege authorization and access.
- →Develop reporting and outcome-driven metrics for IAM/IGA; including identifying KRIs, creating tracking mechanisms, and ensuring actions are taken as appropriate to drive results.
- →Ensure corporate policies, procedures, and knowledge articles are current and accurate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related experience required
- 5-8 years’ experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Knowledge in core IAM Domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Identity Lifecycle Management, Authentication, and Authorization,
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities required
- Professional Security Certification(s) preferred
- Strong communications skills: both verbal and written, positive attitude and willingness to learn
