Materials Coordinator

As a Materials Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring materials and parts flow efficiently to support operations:

  Receive, package, and locate for storage all incoming spare parts, placing on shelves or in drawers, retrieving items for shipping, package and prepare materials for shipment.

  Schedule and coordinate emergency shipments via same-day courier resources. Able to respond 24-7-365 via phone, cell or in person, if necessary.

  Safely operate plant material handling equipment as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2-5 years previous material handling experience preferred

• Physically lift and move awkward and/or heavy parts and packages up to 50 lbs. in weight

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• SAP experience is a plus

• A reliable and collaborative professional who thrives in a team environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work

• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)

• This is a safety‑sensitive position.
