• →Monitor fleet performance, vehicle maintenance, repairs, and defect resolution to minimize operational disruptions.
• →Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery operations, accident/breakdown management, and customer complaint resolution.
• →Conduct vendor performance reviews, audits, KPI tracking, and SLA compliance monitoring, including penalty administration where applicable.
• →Oversee fleet availability, fuel efficiency, trip documentation, billing accuracy, permits, and regulatory compliance.
• →Support driver management initiatives, including training, safety programs, working-hours compliance, and performance monitoring.
• →Ensure adherence to EH&S standards, BSP requirements, company policies, and customer operational procedures.
• →Participate in customer meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.

• Safe and uninterrupted fleet operations.
• Strong vendor performance and SLA compliance.
• Effective cost, compliance, and safety management.
• Achievement of fleet safety targets, including zero injuries and VAFR objectives.

• Minimum Diploma/Degree Holder
• Five years similar working experience preferred.
• Computer literate – Good with Microsoft office , writing reports
• Hands-on , able to work on the field
