PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.    Provide effective operation to ensure the TN & bulk gas station is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.

2.    Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements.
确保遵循工艺安全、MOC和OPHR的要求。
3.    Compliance with EH&S procedures and regulations 100%. Support guidance and training for EH&S in order not to occur lost time injury and recordable injury. Safety work permit sign-off and management within the shift.
100%遵守环保、健康及安全程序和规程。为上述程序指导和培训提供支持以免发生误工和可记录伤害。班组内安全工作许可证的签发和管理。
4.    Support plant reliability by maintaining plant equipment, and assisting in planned plant shutdown scheduling to avoid business interruption and meet production demands
通过设备保养支持维护工厂可靠性以满足销售需求，并做好停车计划以避免业务中断。
5.    Report shift production progress and status. Report near miss / incident occurred within the shift.
报告当班生产进展和状态，报告当班的未遂事件和发生的意外事件。
6.    Conduct / take part in troubleshooting root cause analysis with related people when it needs.
需要时与相关人员一同进行/参与故障排除根本原因分析。
7.    Response promptly to quality and process alerts, actively support upset handling to minimize quality impact(no shortage on quality), and proactively identify, analyze and resolve potential quality problems.
对质量和过程报警信号做出快速反应；积极处理意外事故以尽量减少对质量产生影响（无任何质量缺陷）；积极主动地寻找潜在的质量问题，分析问题并找出解决方案。
8.    Actively involved in process / productivity improvement (CI Project).
积极参与过程/生产率的改进活动（CI项目）。
9.    On shift Emergency Evacuation sponsor, Crisis coordinator within the shift.
作为班组中的危机协调员和紧急疏散组织者。
10.    Support to build and maintain good relationship with all customers, and ensure effective communication to facilitate cooperation.
协助与客户建立并维持良好的关系，保持与客户之间的良好交流以确保紧密合作。
11.    Optimize the use of shift resources to achieve shift production performance in safety, quality and capacity in line with plant objectives.
合理运用轮班资源，以便在达到工厂目标的同时实现生产安全、生产质量和生产能力方面的轮班生产绩效。
12.    Maintain good cooperation and communication with other shifts to support efficient team operations. 
与其他轮班人员进行良好地合作和交流，以维持高效的生产小组工作效率。
13.    Ensure the implementation of production and safety procedures within the shift.
确保执行轮班生产和安全程序。
14.    Any other duties as assigned and carry out tasks and requests from reporting manager in a timely and efficient manner.
按照经理的要求及时、有效地完成分配的其他工作。

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通技能。
2.    Proven track record of success on safety, health and environmental protection.
具备良好的安全、健康及环保管理意识和实践经验。
3.    Experience in plant operations, with demonstrated ASU knowledge and technical skills in ASU operations.
具有工厂操作经验，具备空分知识以及技术技能。
4.    A college diploma or bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in ASU or similar plant operations.
具备化学工程、化学、机械、仪表或电气等相关专业大专或本科学历，且具有2年以上空分厂或类似工厂操作经验。
5.    A strong commitment to employee involvement, team building and diversity. 
具备较强的员工参与、团队建设和多样化意识。
6.    Good written and spoken English skills.
具有良好的英语说写能力。
