About the Role

The job purpose is to ensure that the Finance function of supporting the Sales Ordering Process (SOP) is carried out efficiently and effectively.

Sales Ordering support

Ensure that all Channel Partners’ orders awaiting Finance’s override are processed promptly by following up with ACE Billing Team.
Ensure no bad debt to Airtel arising from credit utilization.
Ensure no debit balance for Cash Channel Partners.

Daily Reporting

Ensure daily Channel Partners’ overdue report tracking.
Monitor daily credit limits utilization.
Daily tracking of the CPs BG expiration / validity.
Daily ERC shop Vs Pretups Reconciliation.

Book-Keeping and Hygiene

Ensure that Channel Partners’ statements of accounts are reconciled daily to militate against risk to Airtel.
Daily Tracking of Stock Transfer/Return for all Airtel Stock are process within agreed control.
