The Masters 2026, AIS Management Trainee Program, is a dynamic pathway designed to develop the next generation of leaders in the digital age. Our 19-month program is designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential talent through 3 job rotations across key business areas. You will gain cross-functional experience, build leadership skills, and work on impactful projects that prepare you for your future within the organization.

Business Track (i.e. Communication, Customer Management, Enterprise Sales, Human Resources, Retail Sales, Marketing, etc.)

Requirements

Master’s degree in related field or bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience
Ability to quickly adapt to new environments, challenges, and work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Creative and strategic thinking skills with the capacity to tackle complex problems and deliver effective solutions
