• →Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance SOPs, process documentation, governance frameworks, and operational control mechanisms.
• →Ensure operational execution complies with internal policies, governance standards, customer contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• →Conduct operational compliance reviews, internal audits, and risk assessments to identify control gaps and compliance risks.
• →Track, monitor, and report compliance status, audit findings, and corrective action plans to management.
• →Identify operational risks and process weaknesses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• →Support governance forums, audits, and management reviews with accurate documentation and insights.
• →Provide guidance and advisory support to operational teams on governance standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen governance, transparency, and accountability across operations.
