We are looking for potential candidates who are eager to learn and grow to join our young talent team.
1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the Virtual Bank Business, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the virtual bank's unique operational needs, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
3. Provide HR advisory services to virtual bank employees and management on a range of topics, including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
4. Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all virtual bank staff.
5. Collaborate with business leaders to identify training and development needs and contribute to the design and delivery of relevant programs.
6. Support HR data analysis and reporting for the Virtual Bank Business, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
7. Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs specific to the virtual bank's competitive landscape.
8. Stay abreast of industry best practices and legal changes related to HR in the financial technology and virtual banking sectors.
Job Qualifications**
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong preference for experience within the financial services industry, particularly virtual banking or FinTech.
3. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including experience with various sourcing strategies.
4. Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
