Bangkok

System Analyst

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from users and stakeholders, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Design end-to-end system solutions, workflows, data models, and system architectures that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.
Analyze existing systems and business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and propose effective solution enhancements.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead and support system integration activities with internal and external platforms.
Ensure compliance with TM Forum standards (SID, eTOM, Open APIs), security requirements, IT governance, and architecture guidelines.
Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and implementation planning for new initiatives, enhancements, and change requests.
Support SIT, UAT, system validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with requirements.
Coordinate system deployment, production releases, post-production monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and maintain system documentation, provide user consultation and training, and facilitate knowledge transfer to support and operations teams.
