Nonthaburi

Responsible for product conceptualization, platform and package development, and end-to-end project implementation by coordinating with IT, PM, and cross-functional teams. Manage customer journey, operational processes, product lifecycle, and business tracking, while supporting product launches through internal documentation and customer support handling.

Product Conceptualization, use cases and Proof of concept (POC)
Co-ordinate end-to-end implementation with IT and PM department
Platform / application - Product - Package Development (business requirements submit to IT department, PLM (product lifecycle management)
Customer Journey, process, procurement and operation management
End-to-end project management and tracking for business team
Cross functional Management
Create internal documents for product launch e.g. IKM, FAQ etc
Customer Support & Handling

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Product Development, Application Development, or Project Management
Experience in Telecommunications, Broadband Services, or Smart Home/IoT business is preferred
Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
Able to conduct product training for sales teams
