Project Management Specialist

• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of ICT projects covering Cloud, Cybersecurity, IT Solutions, IoT, and Data Center services.
• Manage project implementation for Vertical Manufacturing, Logistics & General Business (VMLG) and SME customer segments.
• Review and validate project requirements, scope, deliverables, project readiness, and implementation plans before project initiation.
• Participate in bid governance and project review sessions to assess project feasibility, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings to align stakeholders on project objectives, scope, timelines, deliverables, roles, and governance.
• Manage project handover from Sales and ensure a smooth transition into project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Monitor and control project scope, timeline, budget, quality, and overall project performance.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide regular project status reports and executive updates, including project progress, risks, issues, mitigation plans, and key milestones.
• Manage customer, vendor, and supplier relationships to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service commitments.
• Apply project management methodologies, governance, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project acceptance, project closure, lessons learned, and post-implementation review activities.
• Ensure seamless project transition to Operations, Managed Services, or After-Sales Support for ongoing service management.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in ICT project implementation, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Data Center, or related technology projects.
• Experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation through project closure.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies, project governance, and implementation best practices.
• Strong project planning, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and external partners.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English is an advantage.
