Your responsibilities?

Coordinate daily warehouse, logistics, procurement and supply chain activities.
Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, audits and material movements.
Ensure availability, proper storage and handling of materials, tools and equipment.
Coordinate deliveries, transportation and import/export activities.
Support procurement processes, supplier communication and purchase order management.
Monitor logistics and operational costs while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare inventory, operational and cost reports for management.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and supply chain operations.

Our expectations:

Must be based in Vadodara, India as this is a full-time, office-based (stationary) position.
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, procurement or supply chain operations.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.
Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, logistics and import/export processes.
Experience working with ERP, inventory or warehouse management systems.
Good analytical, organizational and cost-control skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience working with international suppliers and logistics providers is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
