● ISO/TS 16949 experience, preferred

● Managing, coaching and directing Off Line Team Leaders (OLT's).
● Process, Product and Tooling development and improvement including product launch
● Performing trials to determine the validity of new product designs
● Troubleshooting processes and lines, eliminate downtime
● Improvement/Failure product analysis
● Modifying/Creating manufacturing documents for new/improved products &/or processes
● Building & designing prototype extrusion and machining tooling, working with vendors to generate design documentation
● Specifying & ordering tooling & components while complying with budget
● Assisting in statistical analysis for Quality projects
● Maintaining operational qualifications, standards & procedures
● Paperwork, presenting projects and keeping track of due dates
