Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
  • Respond to service requests and maintain a log of issues and resolutions.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Train users on new software and system functionalities.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and enhance the user experience.
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, collaboration tools).
  • Basic networking knowledge, including LAN/WAN, VPN setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
