People Analytics & Org Design Manager

We are looking for a People Analytics & Org Design Manager to provide delivery support for our VP, People Strategy, owning the data and the models behind Ajaib's people decisions. You will keep our organisational picture accurate, build the reporting leaders rely on, and turn people data into clear insights for the C-suite and board.

This is a new role for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys building models and dashboards, and who can communicate findings clearly in writing to senior audiences.

• →Headcount Model & Org Design
• →Keep the headcount model and org charts current, and publish headcount plan-versus-actual monthly.
• →Model org-design scenarios (spans, layers, cost) to support BU restructures and workforce planning.
• →People Dashboard & Reporting
• →Build and maintain the People dashboard as the single source of truth for people metrics.
• →Automate the monthly People report and other recurring reporting.
• →People Insights
• →Analyse survey, attrition and performance data to surface trends, risks and drivers.
• →Turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations for People Business Partners and leaders.
• →Executive & Board Support
• →Prepare data for C-suite and board packs, ensuring accuracy and a clear narrative.
• →Provide ad hoc analysis for the VP, People Strategy on priority questions.
• →Data Quality & Governance
• →Define consistent metric definitions and work with People Systems to keep source data accurate and secure.

• 4–7 years in people analytics, FP&A or consulting.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one BI tool (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong modelling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear written communication, able to turn data into insight for senior audiences.
• Org design, workforce planning or high-growth startup experience is a plus.
