We’re looking for a paper industry professional who can: Drive profitable growth for Press felts across EMEA & South America through market, customer, product and pricing strategies. Own the product lifecycle, from identifying market needs and developing new products to trials, launches and ongoing optimization. Manage product performance and profitability, including margins, pricing, quality, claims and corrective improvement actions. Provide technical and application leadership, supporting customer proposals, new installations, troubleshooting and successful trials. Monitor customers, markets and competitors, translating insights into new opportunities, product strategies and effective sales and marketing tools. YOU’LL BRING Demonstrable experience within the paper and/or pulp & paper industry combined with a technical and practical understanding of the papermaking process The confidence to discuss topics such as forming, pressing, machine efficiency, sheet quality and runnability The ability to build relationships from the machine floor to mill management A willingness to travel regularly and spend time with customers where the action happens Your fluency in English and paper lexicon will help you communicate clearly across cultures and technical disciplines WHAT COULD BE IN IT FOR YOU?
