AstenJohnson is hiring a PMC Sales & Service Representative to support customers in the Richmond, VA region.   This role is ideal for someone who knows the paper industry, enjoys being on-site, and takes pride in delivering top-tier service while growing business relationships. Excellent health benefits 401(k) with up to 6% company match Health Savings Account Bonus program Remote role (when you’re not on site, of course) Stable, growing company focused on safety, sustainability, and innovation What You’ll Do Build strong customer relationships through goal-oriented sales and service calls Manage assigned accounts, including inventory, AR, and resource coordination Support machine crews with installation and removal of paper machine clothing Collect and analyze fabric life and performance data Maintain detailed machine drawings, technical documentation, and service plans Stay safety-certified at customer mill sites Submit call and expense reports (yes, the necessary evil) What You’ll Need Experience in the paper industry and with paper machines Willingness to travel 50%+ to customer sites Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Strong time management, independence, and computer skills The Physical Side Will require working in hot, humid mill environments Walking on slippery surfaces Climbing ladders and stairs while carrying equipment Standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods   If you’re hands-on, customer-focused, and ready for a role where your expertise is valued—we want to hear from you.
