Job Description Support Ajialouna’s HR Department in administrative procedures, employee coordination, internal communication, and people-management initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist with HR files and administrative procedures. Support internal organization and employee coordination. Help develop or organize HR procedures. Support initiatives related to teamwork and workplace communication. Assist with topics such as conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, stress management, and professional development. Requirements Requirements Students in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
