AJS Asset Care are looking for Condition Monitoring Engineer to join our specialist reliability and engineering services. Due to a growing number of contracts involving Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Oil Analysis, Ultrasonic and more we are looking to recruit into our expanding team.
Key Duties of the role include:
- Collect condition monitoring data on site for analysis,
- Analyse data, trend and identify corrective actions,
- Conduct Visual Check on Assets
- Monitor and install our condition monitoring systems on client sites
- Carry out RCA on Failures
- Support the reliability team on further assessments and reliability improvements
Key Skills required for this role include
- Electrical or Mechanically Trained to NVQ Level 3
- CAT 2 Vibration Analysis
- Experience in Condition Monitoring and CMMS Systems
- Proficient in use of Microsoft packages
- Thermography training course (Desirable)
