Delivering the monthly volume/value sales target in his territory   

Delivering the monthly KPI’s [ UBO-CC-CE] in his territory   

Leading the monthly activations deployment’s quality in his territory 

Being the key contact person between Fine and the distributor in his territory  

Monitoring and following up on shelf presence, shelf share and SKUs availability  

Monitoring and reporting competitive activities and recommending action plans. 

Control and Monitor company assets (POSM) placement, reallocation & T/O per store. 

Prospecting new business opportunities at his region (including new outlets in GT channel) 

Ensuring and implementing companies' trade terms and conditions are aligned with CoBe 

Training session for the Sales Reps every month 

Reporting the monthly major obstacles along with the proposed solutions across the channel  

Daily market visits with the sales team to show the opportunities along with the actions follow up
