GRADER OPERATOR

Position: Grader Operator

Salary: 2000-5000 AED Accommodation And Food

Location : Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate grader to grade surfaces and level earthworks according to project plans and specifications

- Conduct pre and post-operation checks on the grader and report any maintenance or repair needs

- Ensure proper maintenance and storage of equipment

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met

- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Participate in training and development programs as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating graders in a construction setting

- Valid UAE driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment

- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols

- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
