→ Manage reservations, waitlists, and VIP guest seating with precision and discretion.
→ Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and manage optimal table rotation.
→ Customer Service & Guest Experience:

→ Oversee reservation channels (phone, WhatsApp) and maintain detailed guest profiles.

Maintain high standards of grooming, posture, and uniform presentation.
