Materials Assistant

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Material Handling, Warehouse Operations, or Inventory Management within the Oil & Gas industry
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse operations
• Proficient in English
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Certification preferred

• →Receive, unload, and handle materials safely and efficiently
• →Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations
• →Prepare, package, and secure materials for storage and transportation
• →Coordinate with transportation teams for timely dispatch of materials
• →Ensure accurate labeling and shipment documentation
• →Monitor container condition and integrity during handling
• →Maintain records of received and dispatched materials
• →Support inventory tracking and material movement reporting
• →Follow all warehouse safety procedures and standards
