PAVER OPERATOR

Position: Paver Operator

Salary: 3500 AED 

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain paver equipment, including asphalt pavers, rollers, and other related machinery

- Ensure proper set-up and operation of paver equipment according to project specifications

- Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired paving results

- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient paving operations

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on paver equipment

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures

- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including materials used, equipment maintenance, and production quantities

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project objectives are met

- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements and schedules

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating paver equipment in a construction or airport setting

- Knowledge of paver equipment operation and maintenance

- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications

- Basic understanding of asphalt paving materials and processes

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 50 pounds

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
