ROLLER SINGLE DRUM OPERATOR

Position: Roller Single Drum Operator

Salary : 3500 AED

Location: Abu Dhabi 

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a single drum roller to compact and level soil, asphalt, and other materials on construction sites

- Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the roller to ensure safe and efficient operation

- Adjust roller controls and manipulate levers and pedals to control speed and direction of the roller

- Coordinate with the construction team to determine proper compaction methods and ensure surfaces are compacted to project specifications

- Monitor the condition of the roller and report any malfunctions or needed repairs to the supervisor

- Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform general labor duties as needed

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a single drum roller in a construction setting

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Knowledge of roller controls and ability to read and interpret grade stakes

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing work conditions

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
