Quality Assurance Specialist (Improvement)

The QA Improvement Specialist is responsible for performing field claim analysis, daily repair order reviews, Quality Information Report (QIR) processing, and communication with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Mobis Headquarters (HQ), and suppliers regarding issues relating to quality assurance.

• →Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR
• →Bachelor’s Degree other than engineering plus two (2) or more years of experience in a technical role within the engineering or manufacturing industries

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Data Analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Customer Service Orientation

• Product or industry-specific experience
• Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience

• 60% office, 20% production floor, 20% OEM or Suppliers site
• Traversing around production floor
• Chances of lifting up to 30 lbs
• Overtime as needed (40 Hours a week plus OT)
• Frequent OEM and suppliers visiting
• Possibility of domestic and international travel
