Sr. Specialist - RDC (Logistics/Quality)

The Quality Specialist is responsible for resolving quality issues in a timely manner as they are reported from the customer, RDC warehouse staff, or packaging facility. Responsibilities include working with the packaging companies, RDC purchasing team, and suppliers to limit the occurrence of quality issues with genuine Hyundai and KIA after-service automotive parts. 

• →Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field plus at least 6 months of experience in a quality assurance role OR 
• →High school diploma or equivalent plus at least 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the automotive industry 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
• Good written and verbal communication skills 
• Organizational skills 
• Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy 
• Detail-oriented and analytical skills 
• Cost-reduction and efficiency mindset 

• Experience in an automotive distribution environment 

Working Conditions: 

• 90% office, 10% warehouse 
• Overtime as needed 
• Some travel as needed 
• Lifting up to 30 lbs.
