Oversee and provide technical direction and leadership for a team of java developers and provide guidance and feedback to others to strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.Implement, maintain, and support development processes and methodologies to ensure project success. Ensure that programs and code meet security standards and comply with corporate policies to maintain compliance and protection. Oversee, maintain, and support staging, and testing environments to facilitate seamless development. Develop and maintain consistent documentation practices and standards to enhance project clarity and continuity. Assist in evaluating and recommending new technologies to enhance project development. Capture and report metrics to track project performance and progress. Adopt agile methodologies to enhance process efficiency. Requirements BSc in computer science/ computer engineering. 7-10 years of experience in java development. Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer. Java EE architecture.
