The Marketing Team Leader will drive merchant-focused marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring our value proposition resonates with our merchant base. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, and team leadership to increase merchant acquisition, retention, and engagement. He/she will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure that our marketing is targeted, impactful, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of merchant-focused marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels. Develop communication strategies that clearly convey the benefits of our products and services to different merchants segments. Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with KPIs and deadlines. Coordinate with Sales and Partnerships teams to support merchant acquisition and retention initiatives. Oversee the creation of merchant-focused content, including brochures, email campaigns, case studies, and social media posts. Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and merchant feedback to optimize future initiatives. Maintain brand consistency and tone across all merchant communication touchpoints. Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure merchants are informed about new features, updates, and promotions. Organize merchant events, activations, and training sessions to build strong relationships and drive loyalty. Willingness to work outside the office environment when needed conducting market surveys, attending on-ground activations, and engaging directly with merchants. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Excellent communication and presentation abilities (Arabic & English proficiency is a plus). Solid understanding of merchant needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Proficiency in marketing tools (CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools, etc.). Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset. Proven track record in developing and executing merchant-facing marketing campaigns. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in fin-tech, payments, or merchant services.
