Are you excited about building, structuring and scaling HR operations in a company that's just getting started? You will join Prévenir at a very early stage and help build the foundations of our People and administrative operations as the company scales. This role is particularly suited to someone who has already experienced a fast-growth environment, whether in a start-up, scale-up or during a 0-to-100 journey.
We're in the early chapters: this isn't about running existing processes — it's about creating them from scratch so they hold up at much larger scale. The role brings a product mindset to People operations, where every key moment of the employee experience is carefully designed, with a constant focus on simplicity and automation. You'll work closely with Lucie, who makes the final calls depending on topic complexity and supports you as you grow into autonomy.
Your time is split between:
Essential:
At least 5-6 years of experience in People Ops, very hands-on, and comfortable with admin topics (e.g., managing the relationship with an accounting firm)
Previous experience in a fast-scaling company, start-up or scale-up, ideally having helped build or scale People processes during a period of significant growth.
Business curiosity: genuinely interested in what's happening on the business side, and able to connect your work to where the company is heading
Versatility across People and Corporate/Admin topics, with a strong People focus
Rigour and rock-solid attention to detail
Autonomy: you don't wait to be told there's a problem — you spot it, bring a solution, and know when to loop someone in on the tricky ones
Demonstrated interest in automating and improving recurring processes, and genuine enthusiasm for AI
Comfort interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior profiles when needed
Fluent English (written and spoken) to interact with the Alan team
Based in Paris or the Île-de-France region, with the ability to work onsite regularly, ideally three days per week or more.
Ideally:
Experience in MedTech or in a start-up / scale-up
Sensitivity to the medical world (professional or personal)
Note: a 100% Occupational Health background may not be the right cultural fit, but worth testing
