Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.

Alan exists to end the wait.

Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.

So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.

We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

The Product Lead for Armenia will drive Alan's product strategy and execution in supporting the Universal Health Insurance system, serving ~3 million citizens under a government concession. This role involves leading dedicated product teams (designers, engineers) while coordinating with global product areas and a local operations team to deliver on Alan's contractual obligations and member experience goals.

Key Outcomes

  1. Develop and execute a product strategy that serves both the government's public health objectives and the members' experience, supporting our targets in terms of coverage rollout (reaching 1.5M+ members), member satisfaction, and operational reliability under the concession's contractual commitments.

  2. Lead product crews to deliver product enhancements and new features, demonstrating effective leadership and prioritization across parallel workstreams with shared dependencies.

  3. Collaborate with global product areas to ensure the Armenian system benefits from global innovations, adapting them as necessary to fit the B2G model and local healthcare context.

  4. Partner with the local operations team, government relations, customer care, and the national health IT platform to align product development with operational readiness and regulatory expectations.

  5. Implement data-driven decision-making processes, utilizing analytics to inform product strategy and measure the impact of product changes on member access, operational efficiency, and government trust.

  6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging experimentation and learning from both successes and failures.
