Senior Partner Growth Manager
Quick Summary
Sr. Partner Growth Manager Job Description The Sr. Partner Growth Manager is responsible for accelerating revenue growth through PointCentral's channel sales model.
The Sr. Partner Growth Manager is responsible for accelerating revenue growth through PointCentral's channel sales model. This role works alongside Service Providers, PointCentral Account Executives, and internal cross-functional teams to improve partner execution, increase the number of active producing partners, and drive a predictable growth engine across new business and expansion.
This role owns partner-driven new-logo growth and all expansion within assigned partner-managed accounts, while ensuring Service Providers are aligned, enabled, and positioned to execute successfully. It does not replace direct seller ownership of enterprise new-logo opportunities, but partners closely with Account Executives on strategic opportunities where additional support is required.
This role is expected to spend significant time in the field with Service Providers to recruit new partners, strengthen relationships, improve selling execution, and drive consistent growth outcomes. The Sr. Partner Growth Manager also coordinates structured support for revenue-impacting partner issues through prioritization, routing, escalation, and follow-through.
This role will be hired into one of two regional territories: East or West. Each Sr. Partner Growth Manager will be responsible for driving growth, partner productivity, and expansion within their assigned geography.
