Degree in Business Informatics, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field. Several years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solution Architect) with a pre-sales focus.
As a Solution Architect, you are the technical and consultative backbone of our pre-sales motion. You uncover what is really going on in a prospect’s finance and project setup, translate it into a solid solution design, and make sure our demos feel like “this was built for us”.
You will work with customers who live and breathe real estate finance, so shallow answers don’t fly. That is exactly why this role matters: you bring structure, clarity, and technical credibility. You turn complex requirements into confident decisions and help close deals
And it is not just delivery. What you learn in workshops and deep dives goes straight back into Product. You will help shape reference architectures, pre-sales assets and how we scale solution design at Alasco as we build the AI real estate platform.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Advise on the tech side: Support the sales process from discovery to tailored demos to solution architecture that fits the customer's system landscape.
- →Go deep: Lead discovery workshops and technical deep dives with prospects and assess technical feasibility.
- →Design solutions: Create scalable solution architectures including integration, configuration, and implementation recommendations.
- →Build bridges: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product—feeding customer insights directly into product development.
- →Scale knowledge: Develop reusable templates, playbooks, and reference architectures for internal teams.
- →Enable teams: Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Support with technical know-how and strategic insights.
- Degree in Business Informatics, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solution Architect) with a pre-sales focus.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and modern web technologies.
- Ability to translate business processes into digital solutions and communicate complex topics clearly.
- Experience with enterprise clients and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry.
