Albemarle is hiring for a Senior Talent Attraction Partner. This position is in-office and located in India, Bengalore.
The Talent Attraction Partner, APAC is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities across the Asia Pacific region, partnering closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR to attract and hire top talent. This role serves as a trusted talent acquisition partner, driving sourcing strategies, delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, and ensuring successful hiring outcomes across multiple countries and functions.
The successful candidate will be a highly disciplined, proactive recruiter with strong direct sourcing capabilities, the ability to leverage AI and emerging recruitment technologies, and the flexibility to support global hiring initiatives as business needs evolve.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, specialist, professional, and leadership positions across APAC, while providing support for global hiring initiatives as business needs evolve.

Partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and deliver successful recruitment outcomes.

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber active and passive talent through multiple channels and platforms.

Build and maintain robust talent pipelines and talent maps for critical, niche, and recurring hiring needs across key business functions and geographies.

Leverage AI-powered recruitment technologies such as Eightfold AI, talent intelligence platforms, and market insights to enhance sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency.

Adopt Eightfold AI into local processes, become a subject matter expert, and educate hiring managers on its use and how it enhances the recruitment process.

Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner, providing market intelligence, compensation insights, talent availability data, and consultative guidance to stakeholders.

Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding support, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Monitor recruitment metrics and pipeline health, proactively identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities to improve hiring performance and reduce time-to-fill.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, business leaders, recruitment vendors, search firms, and talent partners across diverse cultures and regions.

Collaborate effectively across regional and global Talent Acquisition teams, sharing best practices, supporting team goals, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and demonstrating strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within multinational or global organizations.
Proven success recruiting across APAC markets, with the ability to support global hiring requirements.
Strong track record of direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates through multiple channels.
Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, commercial, or corporate functions.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled recruiting technologies and modern sourcing tools.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills across different cultures and organizational levels.
Highly self-disciplined, results-oriented, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
